INTERNAL AUDITOR COURSE for UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 (24h long)
The course is intended to provide the necessary knowledges and training for performing the internal inspection activities of the Quality Management Systems.
Through the course, the standard ISO 9001:2015 requirements and the verification of their application to the Quality Management Systems are deepened.
An important part of the course constitutes of the discussion of case studies and of audits’ simulation in order to promote a concrete approach to the preparation and execution methods for the internal inspection activities.
To everyone passing the final examination, a certificate of attendance and profit is granted.
Target audience
- Consultants and professionals aiming to get the competences defined by standard ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, which are necessary for carrying out the internal inspections of their customer’s quality systems.
- Entrepreneurs, executives and quality managers working for private companies or public bodies and who have to carry out the internal inspection activities of their own company’s quality management system.

LEAD AUDITOR COURSE for UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 (40h long)
The course is necessary for the registration in the AICQ-SICEV Certified Auditors’ Register for the Quality Management Systems. The course provides the knowledges on the planning and execution methods of the third-party audits on the Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001:2015.
Through the course, the principles and techniques necessary for the execution of audits compliant with standard ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 are deepened and the standard ISO 9001:2015 requirements are analysed. The course includes the assessment of the competences, the personal characteristics and the communication’s techniques, which the aspiring auditors have to have. The national and European standard framework will be deepened, as far as the applicable laws and the control techniques of the several companies’ processes are concerned.
Case studies will be examined and discussed and assessment audits will be simulated. The admission to the final examination depends on the evaluation of every participants’ performances regarding exercises, discussions and their own contributions. Passing the examination allows to get the qualification of ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, therefore to work for Certification Bodies and apply for the registrations in the AICQ-SICEV auditors’ register.
It is also possible to take part just in the special 24 h course for everyone who has a 40 h course certificate for Auditors of any further Management Systems (e.g. ISO14001 or ISO45001).

- Consultants aiming to improve their professionality, by deepening their knowledges in the field of application of the ISO 9001:2015.
