CEC (European Certification Association), of which ANCCP Certification Agency is co-founder, is a Notified Body to the European Union (no. 1131) for the following activities:
- Certification of Pressure Equipment according to the Directive 2014/68/EU;
- Certification of Transportable Pressure Equipment (T-PED) according to Directive 2010/35/EU;
- Certification of the Simple Pressure Vessels according to Directive 2014/29/EU;
- Regular inspections of the equipment and plants mentioned in Annex VII of Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Art. 71).
Thanks to the association members’ experience, CEC association has a wide competence in the field of inspections and conformity assessments concerning the pressure equipment and plants. This also thanks to the plurennial activity carried out in this sector even prior to when the above-mentioned standard came into force.
