The ANCCP5.0 project represents a decisive step for ANCCP Certification Agency S.r.l. in the digitalization and innovation of its business processes. The initiative aims to introduce advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and the transparency of certification, inspection, and verification processes.
Through the Odoo Enterprise management platform, the company has launched a complete digital reorganization of its activities, integrating commercial, operational, and administrative functions into a single system. This transformation has made it possible to digitalize the entire Quote-to-Order workflow, reducing processing times, errors, and redundancies, while improving the traceability of information.
The project has also introduced modules based on Artificial Intelligence for data analysis and trend forecasting, paving the way for a more informed and strategic management of resources. At the same time, the groundwork has been laid for developing a dedicated Blockchain platform for notarizing smart certifications, which will ensure the immutability and security of data, strengthening the trust of clients and accreditation bodies.
Thanks to structured governance and technical coordination, supported by the company with the contribution of qualified consultants, the project has remained fully aligned with its timeline and has achieved concrete results in its intermediate phase, including the completion of process analysis, the definition of system requirements, and the activation of the ERP and CRM modules.
